Tests performed

• • 1. Burn in for 24 hour @ AC & DC voltages.
  • 2. Repeat accuracy better than 100 msec.
  • 3. Time setting accuracy better than 3%.
  • 4. High voltage test at 2.5 kv.
  • 5. Between A1 + A2 and body of the enclosure.
  • 6. After keeping unit under test (UUT) on MS plate and applying
  • 2.5 kv between MS plate and UUT.
  • 7. Burn in test at +55 C for 48 hrs with UUT energized.
  • 8. Burn in test at -5 C for 48 hrs with UUT energized.
  • 9. Terminal tightening torque 60 to 70 Ncm.
